PETS WELCOME

We welcome pets at The Grand Hotel Birmingham, up to a maximum size of about 36kg (80lb) and as long as they are booked in advance.  We want your pets to enjoy their stay as much as all our other guests, and to that end, we’ve put together this list of guidelines for their owners:

Pets will be charged £50 per stay, with a maximum of two pets per room

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when in public areas of the hotel

Dogs are not permitted in Madeleine bar or Isaac’s restaurant

Pets should not be left unattended in your hotel room for extended periods, and owners must hang a “Pet In Room” sign (supplied by the hotel) outside their room when it is occupied

With the exception of dogs, all pets must be caged when left unattended in your hotel room

It is the owners’ responsibility to care for their dogs and to take them for walks

Owners are also responsible for any injuries – whether to people or to property – caused by their pets

If a pet soils or causes damage to any part of the hotel, its owners will be charged  all reasonable costs to make good the damage

Owners agree to check out of the hotel if their pets are deemed noisy or disruptive
